It normally takes one visit from Staging Spaces then one day to Stage.

3. Is it expensive?
In properties that have existing furniture/accessories, we make every attempt to utilize what the homeowner has first then add small accessories or needed pieces of furniture. In this case, cost is minimal. We give a very honest opinion of what the home needs then we work our plans around your budget. There may be one room that needs all of the attention or a little bit in each room. Again, we work in all budgets and we are buyer-savvy to know what is going to need the most and least attention as far as staging. We always have your budget in mind.
